To get the truth of the NWO activities and it's true agenda of world domination and control to the citizens of the United States via cable TV their needs to be organization with a grassroots effort of volunteers.

theusrepublic.com and volunteers, will spread the word about the NWO's OWG, SPP, NAU and other NWO history and activities in a new and unique way.

What we are going to do is use the Federal Cable Communications Act to broadcast the videos on local public access cable TV. Working together we can use the law to be an alternate media source for truth.

Basically theusrepublic.com will supply and coordinate national grassroots volunteers with video files or DVDs to be viewed by cable TV subscribers in their locality. By this method we will in effect get national cable TV exposure on these most urgent issues. We can inform the public of the truth of what is happening in our country today.

theusrepublic.com selects videos and obtains permission from the video's copyright owners. Then theusrepublic.com edits the video for FCC obsenity, etc requirements. We also place in the beginning of the video the FCC identifier required by the FCC for the closed captioning exemption which theusrepublic.com has obtained. Every volunteer is covered by theusrepublic.com's FCC closed captioning exemption. The FCC paperwork is available for download, in the volunteers forum, to give to the cable TV company.

The volunteers can either download the video files for free or purchase DVDs from theusrepublic.com at cost.

By this plan every one wins. Everyone puts some small effort or investment toward the cause, and the chances of success being the greatest.

The national organizations, associations, groups and individuals that have legitimate national causes or grievances with our government or the NWO can provide us with factual documented information in video(s) from which we will broadcast at no cost to them, just their own video production costs (video tips and submission information). Exposure is their key to enlarging their audiance and recruitment of new members.

The volunteers get a way to actively and effectively promote their views that is more efficient than protesting in small groups or standing on a street corner. If you want more people at protests, this is a good way to spread the word and get more people involved. This is the volunteers best chance at change and to make the USA and world a better place to live, for less than the cost of a monthly book club.

Citizens get the information needed to wake up to what is happening in our country, and the world, right in their own living rooms, at no cost.

The Audience

An aspect that must be considered is the audience. There are a lot of people of all ages that do not have or use computers at all, or a very limited use of email and games. Although may of us have used the internet for discovery and truth, they have not. That means that even thought people may have a computer and use the internet, they have not used it to seek out the truth or videos. It should be our goal to inform every last person in America.

We will have accomplished the first step of our goal if a volunteer can stand on a street corner in their city and ask everyone going by if they have seen any of the braodcasts on the public access channel and 100% respond yes.

Remember, most senoir citizens do not use computers and do not have access to this information. Yet they vote in great numbers!

theusrepublic.com is also a grassroots organization and will not make any money on this plan. We do however hope to cover the majority of our costs. The software, USPC (US Political Communicator) is a different business entity.

The Plan

Only one volunteer is needed per cable company broadcast location (cable company may require the person to be a subscriber).

Each volunteer will need to receive videos via download and burn to DVDs, or purchase DVDs from theusrepublic.com. The volunteer then takes the DVDs to the local cable company and arranges the showing of the DVDs at the scheduled date and time.

By law, 1984 Cable Communications Act, every cable company is required to provide a channel for local broadcast. The videos must comply with national TV material broadcasts laws. In other words, no profanity or nudity. By joining together and broadcasting the same material at the same time we become a national TV force.

Others have already used this method. Some city governments broadcast their council meetings in this manner. In some locations churches are broadcasting their religious videos.

I have done this in the past with city council meetings we recorded.

Most cable companies will accept a DVD for broadcast. You should check with your cable TV company for the format they require. If you have problems, please email theusrepublic.com.

What's new is we strive to do this on a nationally coordinated basis to reach the most people. Since each volunteer lives locally, the spirit and legality of the law is complied with and the local views of at least one or more local people is being broadcast.

Here is what we have planned at this time. Loose Change II, Esoteric Agenda, Ted Gunderson, Phillips & Obrian, Aaron Russo, Irwin Schiff, Norman Dodd, Edward Griffin, Dumbing down America, Hovind, Lloyd Pye, Chemtrails, Cancer, Vitamins, Veterans, etc. So far there is about 60 videos available for download.

theusrepublic.com has many more videos. And is arranging permissions for more.

We have placed the videos in a sequence that first gets the publics attention, then tells the story of the NWO from inception as the Illuminati. Then hit them with more jaw dropping videos that reveal to them more ways in which they have been decieved. I can just about guarantee every video will shock and amaze the uninformed citizens.

Organization(s) submitted videos can be inserted into the schedule.

Each volunteer will need to do one of two things to receive the videos.

Download from theusrepublic.com the provided videos, at no cost from theusrepublic.com, and render/burn to DVD.

Or

Purchase the DVDs at approx $2 each (includes postage). About 8 per month. That equates to $16 a month.

We are currently planning on two DVDs a week.

Please remember the volunteers will be able to keep the DVDs after the cable company broadcasts them. They can be used for later rebroadcast. There is nothing to keep the volunteers from also replaying the videos at other times on cable TV.

In compliance with the copyright holders, in which theusrepublic.com has recieved permission to broadcast, is a volunteer to make copies of the video files or DVDs for distribution or sale.

Considerations on downloading the video files, free from any charge from theusrepublic.com. The video files will be available in mpg2 format and ready to be burned to DVD. The problem is it will require a lot of bandwidth on the volunteers and servers part. On a typical DSL connection, without other internet use, and demand at the server, 3 or 4 1gb video files will take approx 10 to 20 hours to download. Take that times two per week and you can see there is considerable download time involved.

The video files for download will have file names like 20080701_1_8pm_Title.mpg. That is the year, month, day, part and time to be played by the cable company, plus the title. Each complete video will consist of 3 or 4 parts to help eliminate downloading problems. Links for downloading will be available in the Volunteers Forum. Some file names will also come with "do_not_copy" after the title. In this event the copyright holder has given us permission to distribute for the purpose of public viewing but not for the resale, handouts to the public or other use.

Additionally, once the mpg2 files are downloaded, the volunteer will need to load them into a DVD burning software program and render/burn them to DVDs, at the volunteers expense for DVDs. Each DVD will take approx 2 to 6 hours each to render/burn to a DVD, depending on your computers speed.

One of the biggest concerns in rendering and burning DVDs is sound/speech synchronization with video. If you are not familiar with this or not experienced with burning DVDs, please do not use this as your learning experience. We wish all DVDs to be of the utmost viewing quality for the public.

All in all this is not a very good use of your time and energy when you consider the DVDs can be purchased for about $16 a month.

Considerations for Purchasing the DVDs. This is much simpler and cost effective. DVDs will come ready to be delivered to the cable company. The DVD labels will contain the date, time and title to be broadcast. Some DVDs labels will also come with "do not copy". In this event the copyright holder has given us permission to distribute for the purpose of public viewing but not for the sale, handouts to the public or other use.

Please remember the volunteer will be able to keep the DVDs once the cable company has broadcast them. They can be used for later rebroadcast.

Any problems a volunteer may encounter can be addressed on this web site via the volunteers forum or by the theusrepublic.com staff directly.

To inform the public of the showing of the videos volunteers can make up flyers and place them in appropriate places. Most TV cable companies have a channel reserved for their community calendar and ad space.

In all sincereity, I hope you will volunteer and help change the NWO control on our country.

Remember, we only need one volunteer per cable company. First to signup for a cable company and their application form information verifies, gets it. Others that apply for the same cable company will be contacted to see if they want to be reserve volunteers.
