It sounds stupid to say this about software, but I get excited when I use this program! It is very easy to use and there are so many things you can do with it.

You can send an email, letter or fax to any one individual, committee, state, party or entire house or senate in Washington.

Unlike all the online web sites that will only let you communicate with "your" select few elected officials, USPC lets you communicate with them all. Even all at once.

Although the congress promotes only hearing from "their" constituents, they hear from hundreds of organizations, corporations and lobbyists from all over the US. Why should the people be left out of the process?

The people are at a disadvantage.

These same organizations, corporations and lobbyists have similar software that costs them many thousands of dollars.

Here is the reasoning. Although they would like to hear from just "their" continuants, they raise money in every state. Why should the organizations and corporations have more input than the people?

But here is the good part.

Lets say you are watching a house or senate committee on C-Span. You decide to make a comment and wish to send an individual on the committee an email, you can just jot your comments down in the space provided, or your favorite word processor and paste it in the space, and step through a few multiple choices and it is done.

But what's even better is you can send those same comments to one party on the committee, the entire committee, one party of the house or senate or the entire house or senate.
